Plans

At TBR Africa, we strongly believe in helping companies and organizations realize the benefits of increasingly diverse leadership. We have therefore intentionally built a network of over 1000+ active and available board ready women by assessing them against our criteria. Many of our candidates are also sourced through a unique talent identification method of ‘endorsement’ where they are nominated by select senior men and women who serve on major boards. Our peer to peer approach leads to increased client confidence in terms of a candidate being both a good skills and cultural match.

Additionally, we work alongside other professional networks to ensure that we are always delivering the very top crop across industries. These qualities make TBRA unique in that we offer a streamlined solution that delivers high calibre female executives countering the misconception that there are no or few interested or available women for board roles.
